Returns must be made within the one month window between 6th to 7th month from the date when your order is placed. Return cannot be made without a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). Please email us at helpdesk@minoxidilmax.com with your order number and we will issue a unique (RMA) number and provide instructions on how to return the laser cap. The laser cap will only be accepted as a return, if they are in as-new working condition. Ship the product with the RMA number with insurance and a tracking number. Once a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) has been issued, the device must be postmarked for return within 7 days. Failure to comply may result in refusal of the parcel.

All returns/exchanges must include the complete device kit in order to receive a refund or an exchanged device. Refunds for laser devices do not include return shipping fees or any shipping charges you paid with your order.
