Although we have more minoxidil products than anyone else in the world, you may still can't find the exact minoxidil product you are looking for. The good news it that you can always use our products to make the exact products you are looking for by yourself. Or, you may simply use our products as is, because the difference between our products and the one you are looking for should be small enough that you won't see any difference. For example, if you are using minoxidil 12% or minoxidil 12.5% with azelaic acid, you can switch to our Dualgen-15 NO PG or Dualgen-15 With PG without experiencing any set back. If you are using 8% minoxidil with azelaic acid, you can use ourDualgen-10 (With PG).

If you want to make the exact strength of minoxidil such as 12.5% minoxidil, 8% minoxidil, or minoxidil 16%, here we will show you how to make them by yourself in 10 seconds. The procedure is very simple. If you know how to add sugar to water to make sugar water, you should be able to do it.

Before you do any of the following procedure, please make sure you have a clean and dry container that is between 4 oz (120mL) and 8 oz (240mL). The bottle should have a cap.

 1. How to make minoxidil 12.5% with azelaic acid?

Answer: To make this solution, you will pour one bottle of our Dualgen-15 into a container, and pour one bottle ofDualgen-10 into the same container. Cap the container, and shake it for 10 seconds. Then you get 4 oz of 12.5% minoxidil with 5% azelaic acid solution. Pour the mixed solution back to the original bottles and tightly cap them. Store the solution in a safe place and make sure it is out of reach of children.  (note: our bottle is light tight to protect the effective ingredients from degradation).

If you want to make minoxidil 12.5% with 5% azelaic acid without propylene glycol (PG), you can use our Dualgen-15 NO PG and DualGen-5 NO PG. The end product will be Dualgen-12.5 NO PG if we give it a name.

If you are not allergic to propylene glycol and want to make minoxidil 12.5% with 5% azelaic acid propylene glycol, you can use our Dualgen-15 With PG and DualGen-5 With PG. The end product will be Dualgen-12.5 With PG if we give it a name.

  2. How to make minoxidil 8% with azelaic acid?

Answer: To make this solution, you will pour one bottle of our Dualgen-10 into a container, and pour one bottle ofEssengen-6 plus into the same container. Cap the container, and shake it for 10 seconds. Then you get 4 oz solution that has 8% minoxidil, 2.5% azelaic acid, and 0.025% finasteride. Pour the mixed solution back to the original bottles and tightly cap them. Store the solution in a safe place and make sure it is out of reach of children.

3. How to make minoxidil 10% with azelaic acid without propylene glycol (i.e., Dualgen-10 NO PG)?

Answer: Our Dualgen-10 is compounded with propylene glycol (PG). It is also called Dualgen-10 With PG.  We don't have an equivalent product without PG (Dualgen-10 NO PG).

To make Dualgen-10 NO PG, you will pour one bottle of our Dualgen-15 NO PG into a container, and pour one bottle of Dualgen-5 NO PG into the same container. Cap the container, and shake it for 10 seconds. Then you get 4 oz of Dualgen-10 NO PG (10% minoxidil with 5% azelaic acid). Pour the mixed solution back to the original bottles and tightly cap them. Store the solution in a safe place and make sure it is out of reach of children.
