polar nr-08

Polaris NR-08  and Polaris NR-07 are the two entry level products offered by Polaris Laboratories. They have very similar ingredients. The only difference is that the NR-08 has higher concentration of Minoxidil and azelaic acid than NR07 (see the ingredient comparision). It is not quite clear why Polaris makes two products that are so similar. It might be that the Polaris NR-07 is for US market, and the NR-08 is for mainly for

polaris nr-10 minoxidi cream

This is the highest concentration of minoxidil product offered by Polaris Research Laboratory. It has 16% minoxidil. Not sure why Polaris Laboratory offers a 16% minoxidil product instead of a more popupar 15% minoxidil product. Apparently 1% difference in minoxidil concentration won't make much, if any, difference in effectiveness. As a matter of fact, any minoxidil available on the market won't have the exact concentration clamined on the label. It is normal to see a 15% minoxidil product actually has 16% or 14.

The list of ingredients of this product seems long (see below). But the main effective ingredients are minoxidil and finasteride. Ingredients like Water, Propylene Glycol,

minoxidil shampoo polar nr-02

Polaris Research Laboratories's NR-02 shampoo is one of the most interesting hair loss products on the market. It is marketed as a minoxidil shampoo.  It has the two powerful ingredients minoxidil and finasteride in it. However the effectiveness is very questionable, reason being the contact of product with the scalp is just too short to be absorbed. Not sure why Polaris chose to use finasteride instead of a more popular ingredient ketoconazole
