I ordered the DualGen-15 NO PG Plus as my free product. The order process was unconventional but relatively straightforward and not difficult or confusing. I received the correct product in a much timelier manner than I anticipated, as described on the order page for the DualGen-15 NO PG Plus. I paid roughly $7 USD for shipping and was not charged any additional/hidden fees . This was a genuine "no strings attached" free product, save for the cost of shipping (as was already explicitly stated on the website). I was very happy with the transparency and simplicity of the process. As for the product itself, it is too early for me to speak to the effectiveness. However, I can say that while the DualGen-15 NO PG Plus is pretty sticky, once it dries my hair does not look or feel oily/greasy. I have long hair which can make application difficult, but I've found that when applied after showering while hair is still wet, it's much easier. Because it's sticky and very viscous, it is difficult to "massage" the product in with my fingers, or use my fingers to spread the product. I've found the best way to get a wider distribution of product is to not squeeze it out of the dropper at all. Rather, I tap the dropper against my scalp so that it deposits very small amounts at a time. This allows me to ensure the product is applied to a wider surface area, directly from the dropper, without relying on my ability to spread it with my fingers. This also causes less of the product to get stuck to or "stolen" by my long hair. I let it sit for a bit to allow it to start absorbing, then I massage my scalp without actually rubbing the skin, just to encourage increased blood flow without rubbing the product onto my fingers or into my hair.

I swapped to topical over oral tablets as I was experiencing symptoms. The topical is fast drying and none greasy as advertised. So far so good maintaining my results.
