PRODUCT DETAILS
  • Minoxidil is the first line treatment for hair loss.  Most people use a topical minoxidil solution in their hair loss treatment regimen.

However, not everyone can use it due to various reasons. We offer ZeroMino at the request of some customers to offer a topical serum free of minoxidil and finasteride.

ZeroMino is not only free of minoxidil, but also free of finasteride. In addition, it is also free of propylene glycol (PG), the culprit of scalp irritation seen in many other hair growth products.

    ZeroMino has the following ingredients:

Azelaic Acid:  Azelaic acid has been shown to be effective in treating androgenetic alopecia in some studies. For example, a study published in the Journal of Dermatological Treatment found that a 5% topical solution of azelaic acid was effective in increasing hair growth and improving hair density in women with androgenetic alopecia. Another study published in the Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology found that a 15% topical solution of azelaic acid was effective in improving hair density and thickness in men with androgenetic alopecia.

Adenosine: Adenosine is a naturally occurring nucleoside that is found in all human cells. It is believed to work by stimulating the proliferation of dermal papilla cells, which are responsible for hair growth. In addition, adenosine has been shown to increase the expression of growth factors and cytokines that are important for hair growth and follicle development. Several studies have investigated the use of adenosine for hair growth. For example, a study published in the Journal of Dermatology found that a topical solution containing 0.75% adenosine was effective in promoting hair growth and increasing hair density in individuals with AGA. Another study published in the Journal of Korean Medical Science found that a topical solution containing 0.5% adenosine was effective in promoting hair growth and improving hair thickness in individuals with AGA.

Biotin: Biotin, also known as vitamin B7, is a water-soluble vitamin that is essential for the growth and maintenance of healthy hair, skin, and nails. It is involved in the production of keratin, a protein that is a major component of hair, and is often marketed as a supplement for hair growth. One study published in the Journal of Clinical and Aesthetic Dermatology found that a daily supplement containing biotin, along with other vitamins and minerals, improved hair growth and thickness in women with thinning hair.

Caffeine: Caffeine is believed to work by stimulating the hair follicles and increasing blood flow to the scalp, which can promote hair growth. In addition, caffeine has been shown to have anti-inflammatory properties, which may help to reduce inflammation and damage to the hair follicles.

Several studies have investigated the use of caffeine for hair growth. For example, a study published in the International Journal of Trichology found that a topical solution containing caffeine was effective in promoting hair growth and improving hair thickness in individuals with AGA. Another study published in the Journal of Dermatological Science found that caffeine increased hair shaft elongation and prolonged anagen (growth) phase in human hair follicles in vitro.

Niacinamide:  Niacinamide is believed to work by improving blood flow to the scalp and increasing the production of keratin, a protein that is a major component of hair. In addition, niacinamide has been shown to have anti-inflammatory properties, which may help to reduce inflammation and damage to the hair follicles.

Melatonin: Melatonin has been shown to have antioxidant properties, which can help protect hair follicles from damage caused by free radicals. It may also stimulate hair growth by promoting the proliferation of hair follicle cells.
