MinoxidilMax's terms and conditions for affiliate program

Eligibility: To participate in the affiliate program, individuals or entities must apply and be approved by the company. Whether an application is approved or not is at the sole discretion of MinoxidilMax.

Commission Structure: Affiliates will earn commissions for each qualified sale referred through their unique affiliate links or codes. The commission rates will be clearly specified in the email notification when the application is approved. The company reserves the right to adjust commission rates at any time without prior notice.

Prohibited Activities: Affiliates are strictly prohibited from engaging in any activities that could negatively impact MinoxidilMax's reputation or violate applicable laws, regulations, or the terms of service of any platform used for promotion. These prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, false advertising, trademark infringement, and the promotion of illegal or offensive content.

Moreover, affiliates are explicitly forbidden from using MinoxidilMax's trademarks, product names, or any similar variations in the title of any webpage. Additionally, they cannot utilize domain names that resemble or imitate MinoxidilMax's trademarks or product name.

Furthermore, affiliates are not permitted to copy or rewrite any of MinoxidilMax's content on their own website without obtaining prior written permission. Unauthorized reproduction of our content is strictly prohibited and may result in termination from the affiliate program.

In addition, purchasing Google AdWords, Facebook ads, or any comparable advertising space targeting MinoxidilMax's trademarks or product names is strictly forbidden.

Lastly, affiliates shall not use their own affiliate links to place orders to earn the commission. 

Affiliate Payouts: Commissions will be paid out to affiliates on a regular basis (e.g., monthly) once they reach a minimum threshold amount as defined in the affiliate agreement.

Approved Promotional Methods: Affiliates are allowed to promote the company's products or services through approved channels only. These may include personal websites, blogs, social media accounts, email marketing, and other online platforms. Spamming or unethical promotion methods are strictly prohibited.

Termination of Affiliation: The company reserves the right to terminate an affiliate's participation in the program at any time for violation of program rules or engaging in unethical practices. Upon termination, all outstanding commissions will be forfeited.

Modification of Rules: The company reserves the right to modify the affiliate program rules, commission rates, and other program terms at its discretion. Affiliates will be notified of any changes in advance, and continued participation will indicate acceptance of the updated rules.

Indemnification: Affiliates agree to indemnify and hold the company harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from their promotional activities or violation of the program rules.
