OVERVIEW

  • Essengen-6 Plus combines two FDA approved ingredients into one solution. It has 6% minoxidil and 0.05% finasteride. 

    It is compounded with reduced amount of propylene glycol to help dry much faster than regular 5% minoxidil topical solutions such as Kirkland or Rogaine solution and reduce greasiness.

    It also help ease scalp itch caused by propylene glycol in some people. 

    Minoxidil and Finasteride work synergistically to achieve the best hair regrowth: minoxidil stimulates hair to grow, while finasteride blocks the build-up of DHT in the hair follicles of the scalp to prevent further hair loss and allow the hair to grow normally. 

    Essengen-6 Plus is for anyone who wants to have both minoxidil and finasteride in one solution. It is for people who have mild, moderate, or advanced hair loss in the front, on the top, or general thinning. It can be used by people post hair transplant.

NOTES ON INACTIVE INGREDIENTS

  • Essengen-6 Plus: Contains Propylene Glycol (PG) (low amount).

    Essengen-6 Plus PG Free: Cotains Glycerin. Free of PG.

     

     

     

TWO VERSIONS

  • New on June 30, 2022: PG Free version is added to our product line.  Now we have two versions of Essengen-6 Plus. The previously launched version is formulated with propylene glycol (PG), called Essengen-6 Plus. 

    The new version is formulated without PG, called Essengen-6 Plus PG Free. It contains glycerin instead of PG. It is for those who are allergic to PG.  

    Both versions can be selected from the production options (next to price on this page).

     

HOW TO USE

  • Apply up to 1 mL of this product to your scalp that has hair loss using the included dropper; twice daily with at least 8 hours apart between the two applications.

    If you want a product that requires only once a day application, you can consider Maxogen-X.

DOES TOPICAL FINASTERIDE WORK?

  • Topical Finasteride works as effectively as oral finasteride (brand name Propecia®) possibly with less side effects. Please read the blog "Does Topical Finasteride Work?" for details.

Tried Kirkland 5% minoxidil, but EssenGen-6 Plus is WAY easier to apply and NOT GREASY, perfect for day use!!!
Started on EssenGen-6 Plus about 3 weeks ago. Way EASIER to apply than anything I have tried yet! The applicator his very fine which allows you to apply EssenGen-6 Plus neatly across the top of your head and comb your hair afterwards. Perfect to use during the day, excellent stuff. No greasy hair like when I used to use the Kirkland minoxidil. I am going to order the Dualgen-15 With PG Plus now that I know that I am not allergic to minoxidil or finasteride. I hope these products provide results. All the reviews appear to be very very good. Best I have seen on the internet, and I have searched high and low for these kind of hair care products.

Worked for me
I have been using Essenegen-6 for a while now. At the first 1-2 months I experienced some shedding but afterwards my hair has significantly improved. I mainly used it on my crown and as you can see on the picture it has greatly improved. I will keep using it :)

Using Essengen-6 Plus for 6 months
I have been using EssenGen-6 Plus for 6 months. During the first months there was no improvement but towards the end of the 6 months my hair started to get thicker. I really like the product and using the pipette you can apply the product very specifically and it also dries super fast.

Too soon to conclude on its effectiveness
I've been using this lotion for the last (almost) three months. After two to three weeks I noticed a shedding period, which took three to four weeks to pass. Not greasy, easy to apply. During the first couple weeks I noted a slight head ache after application, now minimized, but still there. Also I noted a slight pressure in prostate in the first days (systemic absorption? not sure). Too soon to tell whether it is working. Hopefully I can see some new hairs popping at months 4 to 6, let's see. So, all in all, a five stars for its convenience (dries fast, not messy), and a three star to its unconfirmed (yet) ability to regrow hair (average 4 stars). Suggestion: improve the formula by including azelaic acid, retin-A and ABN complex, but not caffeine (to give caffeine sensite people like me the ability to use it at night before going to sleep).

Essengen 6 Plus
I have been using Essengen 6 Plus for around 3 months now and I am starting to see improvements to my hair. I have quite a lot of new hairs growing on my hairline and the rest of my hair just feels thicker and stronger than before I started using it. It is easy to apply and dries really quickly. I live in the UK and it still arrives usually around 2 weeks from ordering. I definitely recommend trying out these products!

Excellent improvement
I've been using minoxidil only for a few months but for some reason it didn't help. My friend gave me Essengen 6+ and I saw results after 1.5 month, ordered a second bottle and this is my result after 3.5 months of using. This is so far the best product I have ever tried for hair loss. Highly recommend!

The best hair regrowth product I ever use !
I purchased 2 bottles of this product in 18 th March and received it in 27th March so it's only 9 days.
I have used this product for the two months and one week until now two times a day and now I have regained 50% of my loss hair !! Amazing
